1. Senior Property Consultant
Responsibilities
- Create and develop business opportunities with corporate clients through structured canvassing and networking
- Provide residential property advice and services to clients including after sales/leasing client care
- Build and maintain relationships with investment clients, tenants, landlords and vendors
- Assist in preparing reports and property listings
- Arrange and accompany clients on property inspections and city orientation tours
- Negotiate and complete leasing / sales transactions in an efficient and professional manner
Requirements
- Degree in real estate, business or related discipline
- Estate Agent's Licence holder preferred
- At least 2 years'sales / leasing experience in residential property
- Strong understanding and interest in the Shanghai real estate market
- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A fast learner and team player who is smart, attentive to detail, and outgoing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
2. BD Specialist
Responsibilities
- To assist Business Groups to potential client approach, business opportunity follow up, BD material preparation (including proposal, presentation & etc),
- To make good relationship with the HR of potential company
Requirements
- Bachelor graduate or above

Over 4 years related working experience

Proficiency Language Skill in both Chinese and English especially reading & writing skill in English
